Ordering & Payment
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees. We accept secure payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer.
An order is confirmed and the painting is reserved only once full payment has been successfully processed.
A digital order confirmation and invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of payment. Every painting is an original, one-of-a-kind oil painting created by hand. Slight natural variations in brushwork, texture, and colour tone are inherent to the artistic process and are not considered defects.
Shipping & Delivery
Each painting is professionally packaged in a custom-built wooden crate with protective corner guards, acid-free tissue, and generous bubble wrap to ensure safe transit.
Shipping Rates:
Within Canada: Free for paintings under 1.5 kg; $50 flat rate for paintings 1.5 kg and over.
International: $100 flat rate (all weights). Free shipping is not available for international orders.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
Within Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days
(Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.)
A tracking number will be provided as soon as the painting ships. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier. International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Returns, Damages & Artwork Care
Damaged or Defective Items
Every painting is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. Should your artwork arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging. We will supply a prepaid return shipping label and, at our discretion, repair the piece, replace it (if an identical work is available), or issue a full refund including the original shipping cost. Natural artistic variations are not considered defects.
Returns for Change of Mind
Because each painting is a unique original, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Artwork Care
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your painting, display it away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity or temperature fluctuations. Dust lightly with a clean, soft, dry cloth only; never use water, chemical cleaners, or abrasives. Professional framing with UV-protective glass is strongly recommended.
